If you wish to request a set of patients to be moved from one performer to another performer

Log into Compass

Select Activity from the Left hand menu options

Select Request Bulk Transfer of Patients for a Prototype Contract

Enter in the contract number and Execute

This will generate a list of Performers that are attached to the contract.

Existing Performer Number -select the line of the Performer whose list of patients that you wish to move to another Performer

New Performer – enter the number of the Performer that you wish the patients to be moved to

If you wish to move the full patient list from one performer to another

o Match surname start – enter Ao Match Surname End – enter Z

If you wish to split the list with multiple performers you will need to complete a new request for each split in the alphabet (see example below).

o Match Surname Start - enter the first letter of the surname for the start of the range of patients that you wish to move

o Match Surname End - enter the first letter of the surname for the end of the range of patients you wish to move

Date change to be effective – enter the date you wish the change to be effective from. (Please note the reporting cut-off is the 18th of each month)

Save a copy for your records Email a copy of this form to dentalcontractreform@nhs.net

This example would move the range of patients with surnames that start with A to all patients with surnames that start with J to the new performer.
