A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to lock your wedding date in.

Use of Seahorse Inn grounds for ceremonies & photo’s: $650.00 Room hire, set-up & cleaning fee 11am - 4pm $1,200.00 Room hire, set-up & cleaning fee 6pm - 10pm $1,200.00 Room hire, set-up & cleaning fee 6pm - midnight $1,600.00 A $150.00 charge will be added to your bar tab for every 15minutes after your departure time. We advise you have your M.C announce goodbyes 15mins prior to closure.

Seahorse Inn Hotel terms & conditions:
Breakages:
Any damage incurred to the Seahorse Inn property & grounds by any of the wedding guests (windows, walls, lights, etc) you will be responsible
for the repairs. The seahorse inn will carry out all/any repairs needed & you are required to pay within 48hrs of completion or your credit card will automatically
be charged. Failure to make to make payment will follow with immediate legal
action.
Glassware:
We understand that accidents happen & are lenient in the case of accidents, however where excessive amounts of broken glass you will be
charged $5 per glass which will then be added to you bar-tab.
Rooms:
Any damages found within the hotel rooms is to be paid for by the guest that occupied the room during your wedding.
This is explained upon check-in & any damage repairs will be charged directly to their credit card provided.
Personal Items & Wishing Wells:
We advise you allocate someone the responsibility to take your wishing
well to your room on the night by 10pm. The Seahorse Inn takes no responsibility for wishing well & it’s contents.
All personal items left behind at the end of the night will be placed on
one table for collection the following morning. The Seahorse Inn takes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal
property. It is the responsibility of your guests to collect their own belongings.
