Amid the country cache of the Mornington Peninsula’s world renowned wine region, a 46-room luxury, boutique hotel, featuring a striking 30-metre infinity pool, event spaces, destination dining, a cellar door and working winery, is opening early-2017.

Set on one of the Peninsula’s most pristine vineyards, Jackalope is a new standard in luxury accommodation within driving reach of Melbourne.

Meticulously conceived by Carr Design Group, one of Australia’s most influential architecture and interior design firms, Jackalope’s mesmerising installations and daring design will create a menagerie of memories and moods.

Picture a ceremony set to the backdrop of an intoxicating vineyard, among gardens imagined by multi-award winning landscape architects and urban designers, Taylor Cullity Lethlean.

Sumptuous seasonal dishes champion a reception menu tailored to your taste.

For extravagant expressions of love, take over the entire hotel for your wedding and enjoy exclusive use of all 46 rooms and spaces like the infinity pool deck for pre-dinner drinks or post- “I do” dips. See overleaf for more information.

Your Ceremony:

This unforgettable occasion will take place on our expansive outdoor terrace, overlooking the idyllic rolling hills of the Willow Creek Vineyard. Inclement weather options are also available.

Our Event Space:

Boasting floor to ceiling views of the vineyard, our event space is located on the ground floor of the hotel, adjoining the restaurant.

Capacity and Availability:

Seated: up to 66 Cocktail: up to 100 *For weddings exceeding the above numbers, the Exclusive Hotel Use package is available.

Exclusive Hotel Use:

At your disposal are 46 luxury rooms for guests, including two lavishly appointed suites, and exclusive use of the event space, the restaurant and all hotel facilities.

– Minimum cost $30,000 per night for exclusive use of all 46 rooms

– The cost quoted above is for accommodation only (more information on page 8) and

does not include additional food and beverage charges associated with the wedding

– Prices will vary and are subject to availability

– The exclusive use does not include our winery restaurant, Rare Hare

Canapés:

Selection of eight roving canapés and two substantial per guest. Menus are based on seasonality and will be available on request.

Beverage Package: The Rare Hare Beverage Package served for five hours including:

Rare Hare sparkling, white and red wines Heavy and light beers Artisan sodas and Mornington Peninsula filtered rain water

Upgrade to our Vintage Beverage Package for an additional $25 per person, and enjoy:

Wedding cake:

Your own cake cut and served on platters accompanied with tea and coffee.

Additions:

Chef ’s selection of hot and cold canapés (three per person) for 30 minutes. Private serving for the bridal party.

Three course set menu – Alternate drop for entrees and main course, and set dessert Menus are based on seasonality and will be available in the near future.

Beverage Package: The Rare Hare Beverage Package served for five hours including:

Jackalope’s rooms offer intoxicating views with private balconies, king-sized beds and, in select rooms, deep-soak tubs boasting bewitching eye lines to the vines. Fantastical fixtures are finished in golds, bronzes, coppers, and silvers, creating a reverie of luxury at every turn.

– 46 individual rooms, including two suites and two studios – 30 metre infinity pool overlooking the vineyard – Two restaurants, cellar door, bar, and private dining

Deposit Schedule

First deposit at time of contract signed 25% of estimated total

Second deposit 60 days prior to event date 50% of estimated total

Final deposit 30 days prior to event date 25% of estimated total

Final Balance within 7 days after event date

Cancellation Conditions

In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the following fees will be applicable. The fee will be a percentage of the total agreed estimate. Jackalope is hereby authorised to deduct any cancellation penalty from deposit or other monies held:

Upon confirmation 25% Between 60 days and 31 days 50% Between 30 days and 11 days 75% Between 10 days and arrival 100%

These amounts shall constitute full settlement of any and all obligations arising out of the non-performance of this agreement.

Payment Plan

Jackalope requires that all documents are completed, signed and returned within seven days of the quote being issued.
