This deeply relaxing, oil-based massage draws on a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques – we can tailor our touch from relaxing to remedial. It is designed to ease muscle tension and calm, recharge and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Swedish Massage

One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Similar to Swedish massage, the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on realigning the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being and part of our philosophy centres on the therapeutic nature of these premium, botanical essential oils. Your choice of essential oils, our ‘Mood Elixirs’, will guide your therapy, offering medicinal benefits - including antidepressant and antibacterial properties - and triggering a range of positive physical or emotional effects.

FACIALS

Jackalope uses Edible Beauty Australia products that are 100% free from sulfates, parabens, PEGs, chemicals, fragrances, alcohol, and additives. They contain an abundance of high-grade, plant-based botanical and wildcrafted ingredients, sourced from some of the most remote and untouched parts of Australia, preserved with fermented radish root. The scent, feel and inherent experience of this pure skincare range will ensure your facial is a sensory delight.

Start your session with a foot immersion using our specially made soak with Edible Beauty Australia’s Desert Lime Flawless Micro-Exfoliant. Next is a relaxation massage utilising Swedish and deep-tissue techniques (for pregnant women we use our custom belly pillow). Finally, finish with a Edible Beauty Australia facial, tailored to your skin type.

Designed to leave your body feeling smooth and renewed. It begins with an invigorating dry body brush, followed by a warm oil wrap, head massage, and to finish, an Edible Beauty Velvet Coffee Body Butter moisturiser to revitalise and nourish your skin.

Soak and Sparkling | $45

Draw yourself a hot bath and cold glass of bubbles in the comfort of your own room. We provide a goat’s milk, magnesium, and rose water soak, to add to your Japanese bath, and a bottle of estate bubbles to sip as you dip. A perfect indulgence on your own or as a couple.
