Define + What it’s doing: It is a type of paper that blocks air flow, so you don’t leak air out of the house. It’s also backup waterproofing for the siding.

Define: A concrete block that resides about 4-6 inches below the opening in the downspout
What It Does: It breaks the drop from the downspout on the ground and funnels the water onto where it is desired.
