CENTENARY PAVILLION, CLAREMONT

One of the few venues in Perth with the capacity to host large guest
numbers. The Centenary Pavilion located within the Claremont
Showgrounds is the perfect versatile venue for anyone looking for a unique
space, ample parking facilities and a central location. The Pavilion can hold
up to 600 guests seated and is unlike any other venue for hire in Perth.
The Pavilion is a blank space that can be transformed into a world class venue for
even the most prestigious events. There’s a lot more to Claremont Showground’s
Centenary Pavilion than meets the eye, so rest assured whatever the event the

CITY OF PERTH SLSC, CITY BEACH

Offering outstanding 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean and Rottnest
Island. Ultimo are the exclusive caterers for this unique venue. The SLSC
is a hot spot for occasions of all kinds, and looking at the clubs seaside
location and stunning modernist structural design, it’s easy to see why.
This unique Perth venue brings traditional elegance and sophistication to

OLD PICKLE FACTORY

Located conveniently in West Perth the Old Pickle Factory is Perth’s new
warehouse event space. The Old Pickle Factory was an old converted
warehouse which has been custom made into an industrial chic event
space which can hold up to 400 people.
The venue encapsulates the true heritage of its yesteryear featuring rustic
brickwork, polished concrete floors and enormously high ceilings.
Ideal for corporate events, Christmas parties and any event that is looking for
somewhere very unique, rustic and chic.
MOUNTS BAY SAILING CLUB, CRAWLEY

The Mounts Bay Sailing Club is the perfect waterfront venue for private
parties or corporate events. Situated on the Swan River at Matilda Bay
Reserve in Crawley. With an outdoor terrace and large grassed area
leading directly to the river, Mounts Bay Sailing Club offers unparalleled
views of Perth city skyline across the water.
The club has a selection of areas available for hire, suited to any size of function.
In addition to uninterrupted views, the downstairs offers a bar with easy access
for alfresco functions. The upstairs boasts a large bar, dance floor, dining room
and kitchen. With glassware, tables and chairs available for use. Ultimo Catering
are one of the preferred caterers at Mounts Bay Sailing Club.
GOVERNMENT HOUSE BALLROOM, CBD

The Government House Ballroom offers two spacious, versatile function
areas for entertaining, networking, or celebrating. The venue will add a
traditional touch to your ceremonial style of event. Designed and built by
Architect John M Grainger in 1899, the ballroom it still dazzles. This classic
Revival style venue is one of the few government houses in Australia
available for hire & is very sought after as a venue.
GOVERNMENT HOUSE GARDENS, CBD

Situated in the heart of Perth’s city lies the stunning botanical gardens of
Government House Grounds. This is the perfect location to hold a open air cocktail
function, team building or set up a clear marquee and host your gala dinner under
the stars. Either way Government House ground’s manicured gardens and natural
setting will have delegates in awe of Perth’s beautiful city.

WINTHROP HALL, UW UNIVERSITY

Built in 1932, the cathedral-like venue welcomes patrons with a marble
and mosaic foyer and vaulted ceilings, complete with pipe organ, stained
glass windows and Aboriginal motifs on the ceiling. Winthrop Hall is a su-
perb venue for conferences when used in conjunction with the
undercroft exhibition centre downstairs, and outdoor alfresco area.
PERTH TOWN HALL

The Perth Town Hall was built in 1867, in the heart of Perth City. This venue
has rapidly become a firm favorite for event organisers, corporate clients
looking for luxurious yet elegant event venue. Perth Town Hall still holds
its original grandeur, making it one of Perth’s most prestigious examples of
classical 19th Century architecture.
The stunning facility boasts several unique spaces that can be utilized. These
beautiful spaces create a stunning surprise for your guests, as they move from
room to room throughout the evening’s festivities.The hall has an elaborate
grand room which has been fully restored to its marvelous color design of yester
year complete with an upstairs gallery and downstairs foyer.
NEDLANDS YACHT CLUB, NEDLANDS

The Nedlands Yacht Club is the perfect waterfront venue for your function
or event. Situated on the foreshore of the Swan River in Nedlands, the Club
offers beautiful views with space and privacy. The picturesque setting makes
it an ideal place for a relaxing drink or to host your special function. In
addition to wide green lawns and uninterrupted views of the city and Swan
River, the air conditioned hall has a bar, dance floor and a well equipped
kitchen.
FRIDAY STUDIO, WEST PERTH

This New York style warehouse Photographic Studio is located on Old
Aberdeen Place in West Perth. Recently renovated by Ian & Erick, the
space has been designed as a canvas for creativity, including characterful
white textured walls, polished concrete floors and large sections of
exposed brickwork.
WILKINSON GALLERY, CLAREMONT

Wilkinson Gallery, located in Claremont is the perfect versatile venue for
anyone looking for a unique space with ample parking facilities and easy
access for their guests. Exposed wooden beams, polished hard wood
floors, and white walls, make this venue the perfect bank canvas.
B SHED, FREMANTLE
Suitable for 800 seated or up to 1500 cockta i l
Make your event one to remember by using Fremantle’s B Shed, right on the
historic Fremantle Warf. This 1000 sqm space is unique and can transform into
almost any style of event. Built in 1926 as a general cargo shed, B Shed was re-
furbished in 2010 to be the rustic blank canvas venue that it is today. Available
exclusively for corporate events.
PERTH CITY FARM

For an intimate gathering or lavish affair Perth City Farm is the perfect
venue for your special occasion. Located on the eastern edge of the Perth’s
CBD on the site of a former scrap metal yard and a battery recycling plant.
The industrial feel makes for an exciting venue setting for quality event
productions both large and small. Perth City Farm has transitioned into a
unique site and vibrant hub for social activity. It is the perfect corporate
function venue.

The Form art gallery in Perth is a sophisticated loft style venue with
interior designs that offers a unique, contemporary and stylish function
venue for corporate and community events. Guests can mingle in the
gallery surrounded by the finest in local, national and international art
and design. This studio venue has a great, creative atmosphere, the
exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and large wrap-around windows of
