Bulgaria August 18th-22nd 2016

Udaya live IS a transformative yoga & music festival,

nestled in the Balkan Mountains of Bulgaria.

This 5-day yoga & music festival will be led by world-

class yoga teachers and conscious musicians guiding

us through a grounding experience to illuminate our

roots on this gracious planet. Bulgaria is often

considered the root chakra of the earth, with some of

the oldest archaeological discoveries to date. For

yogis, this is a deeply powerful place to reconnect to

our roots and feel a sense of oneness.

To be rooted means to be grounded in the present,

honouring the blessings of our earth and this precious

life. Bulgaria is known for its earthly and untouched

beauty, creating the perfect environment for us to

gather, open our souls, plant intentional seeds, and

regain the vitality found in the roots of our mother

earth.

We have planned a variety of activities unique to the

landscape of the mountains of Bulgaria, including an

epic mountain sunrise ecstatic dance led by Sianna

Sherman, access to the gondola and ski lift, mountain

biking, several ropes courses, meditative hikes

followed by scenic yoga classes overlooking the

countryside of Borovets, the Rila lakes, and much,

much more.

UDaYA YOGA FOUNDER: YARIV LERNER Udaya Entertainment Inc. is an L.A. based company founded in 2011 by Yariv Lerner. Udaya means ‘rising sun and new beginnings’. The company produces and distributes high quality yoga content and health and wellness programs. In 2013, Udaya.com launched as an online subscription based platform for the distribution of HD yoga classes and fitness content. Udaya has connected yoga communities all over the world, creating accessibility of yoga to wider audiences. Yariv played professional volleyball until the age of 35, where injury forced him to follow a deeper yoga practice. He follows Buddhist teachings and is passionate about healthy living and wellbeing.
