Project Background:When the factory fails of electricity power supply, the generator set will start automatically, it will supply the power electricity and start the auxiliary system to start the Steam turbine generating sets of the power plant. After the successful start of steam turbine generating sets, it will reduce the load of diesel generating sets automatically. When the steam turbine generating sets run normally, the DCS (Distributed Control System) of the power plant will stop the diesel generating sets.

Project Introduce：

In 2011, our company (SAONON) successfully won this black-start project, providing Five sets of 2000kw Containerized Diesel Generating Sets and Two sets of Containerized HV&LV Distribution System and according fuel pipeline system, and meet the requirement of that starting the diesel generating sets which with automatic-start capability, to start the steam turbine generating set which without automatic-start, and gradually expand the system restore electricity range. This project consist of Five sets of 2000kw Containerized gensets, and the Scope of Supply including 5 sets of imported Genuine Caterpillar Gensetsmodel# 3516(2000kw standby ratings/10.5KV/50hz/1500rpm), Caterpillar Sync cabinet, Medium-Voltage switchgear, Neutral Grounding Resistance and Control System, PT Cabinet, DC110V Panel with Batteries, LV MCC Switchgear, PLC Monitoring System, Siemens Transformer, and including electricity installation system, fuel pipeline engineering system and our company in charge of the on-site installation and commissioning, is a typical turnkey projects in China.
