OUR main products are "SN" series diesel engines and diesel generator sets. Diesel engines include N6160、N8160、6300、G6300、G6300、G8300、GN8320 for both marine and industrial, power ranges from 235KW-4573KW. There are more than 70 kinds of engine products and their related generators with complete power ranges from 200KW-3300KW, and automatic start diesel generator set as well. G300ZC diesel engine has won the major national defense science and technology achievement awards, and national famous energy-saving products Award; 6300 ZC diesel engine has won the title of quality products; N6160 diesel engine has won the Horse Award of products of outstanding quality issued Provincial Economic Commission. It is also regarded as one of the 10 best-selling brands in the diesel industry in China.

Our sales network spreads over our country, and we also export them to Southeast Asia, Eastern European and Africa by batches.

Strong Pertinence: 1000-2400KW is our main production targets and 6300V ， 10500V

high-pressure products are used by purchasers in large-scale; while the imported gensets are

produced in large quantities of small power ranges but their 400V low-pressure gensets and

high-pressure ones have to be ordered and produced alone. Most of the high-pressure and high

power rangers’ gensets of 16 tanks in "V" – shape are not what they are good at.

Excellent Duration of Abrasion: Our main products 500-600 RPM, the linear speed between

the cylinder block and piston is 6.33 to 7.6 m/sec, while the imported ones are1500 RPM, which is

three times to our fantastic products.

Low Maintenance Costs: Our models are made by Chinese and foreign films together; the

major repair costs of the domestic production are about 100,000RMB. But those of the imported

ones are about half of the machine purchasing prices. At the time, only a few staff understand how

to maintain the high-power imported gensets. So it easily causes into not fully usage.

Low Operation Costs: Our products are mainly marine types. Diesel oils like 01#、20#、30#、

60# which contains many impurities can be used by our machines directly. 180# heavy oil should

be used through certain equipments and can be used repeatedly in long-term after adopting

cleaning filters. However imported products must use high-quality 0 # fuel oil of a barrel with a few

thousand RMB. Also, diesel oil grids and lube oil grids have to be replaced for a period of time and

can’t be repeatedly used, which increasing costs.

Electric Technological Advantages: We are a manufacturer of high-pressure industrial

generator sets in a large scale with a number of electrical personnel. We have combined parallel

panels into control panels in order to be easily operated by our customers. In the aspect of

high-pressure gensets, there is lack of relevant electrical personnel in domestic for the imported

gensets. To be Worse, the alone finished products are also not mature enough.

Dimension Strengths: We adopt big bore upright engine models. For small power gensets, our

sizes are comparatively a little bit larger but for the high-power of 1600KW, the differences with

others are little. The overall dimensions of our products is 8570×2100×3211MM，while the imported

gensets are 6100×2300×3100MM which adopt the “V” shaped engines. Therefore, the width of the

imported gensets is longer than ours, except the length, and our width is 1.6m because our

engines are upright types. Actually, our products are smaller when designing layout of engine

rooms.
