Dear Participant,

It gives us great pleasure to inform you that the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers’ Association

(TTMA) is planning an outward bound Mission to Guyana. This mission will coincide with GuyExpo

2014. This Expo is scheduled for October 2nd to October 5th at the National Exhibition Centre, Sophia.

Objectives of the Trade Mission to Guyana

Establish business relationships between both countries,

Explore investment opportunities

Facilitate export success to mission participants.

Foster ties with key trade and economic organisations and agencies

TTMA is proud to host this trade mission to Guyana. Trade missions are seen as one of the many ways

to explore and succeed in foreign markets. Trade missions are about opening doors and developing

long-term trade and investment opportunities. The trade mission is anticipated to put Trinidad and

Tobago companies on the map by showcasing our capabilities and competitiveness. Participants will

learn about doing business in the host market(s), and gain exposure to the business environment of

Guyana.

The trade mission offers

Contact with key economic and government decision-makers;

More public profile at home and abroad;

Unmatched networking opportunities with the local business community;

Business-to- business meetings with probable partners; and the prospect to initiate, develop or

finalise deals.

Regards, Regards,

Joy Francis Ramesh Ramdeen Team Lead, Trade Unit Chief Executive Officer
