TRANQUIL POWER SYSTEMS ( TPS )

This organization was established in 2007 at the Vizag Special Economic Zone (V- SEZ), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh & revived as Tranquil Power Systems Pvt Ltd.., in the year 2014 .

TPS focused primarily in manufacturing of Multi Tap Low Voltage Transformers designed to Power Incandescent bulbs catering to Export Market.

Apart from Power supply units, we also manufacture high quality Toroidal and EI low voltage transformers,Current Transformers,Isolation Transformers and AC-DC chokes to suit various applications. 

Over the years we have earned the trust of distinguished customers abroad with the quality of our products and services. Now, TPS is poised to expand to other countries in Europe, Africa and Asia.

1.Potted Can: Transformers are dipped in epoxy resin and hardener mixture to totally encapsulate the winding. Potting has many advantage over dry type open transformers.

A) Potting protects transformers from moist and adverse weather conditions.

B) Transformers are safe against accidental exposure to water and other damaging liquids.

C) Resin gives more cooling than air to Transformers hence transformers run cool in operation.

D) Potting gives excessive mechanical strength to transformers.

E) Potting minimizes fire hazards.

Testing is done on incoming material to ensure quality at every stage and at each stage of production, various quality tests are carried out before being passed on to the next stage of production.

TPS has its own practices such as continuous upgradation, preventive maintenance and periodic calibration of Test Equipment to ensure the quality of the product.

The quality control department monitors all quality controls with proper documentation.
