1. Pursuant to DepEd Memo. 033, s. 2020 entitled Administration of the Early Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment for School Year 2018-2019, National Achievement Test for Grade 6 and Grade 10 for SY 2018-2019, and Basic Education Exit Assessment for Grade 12 for SY 2019-2020 and DepEd Order No. 55, s. 2016 entitled Policy Guidelines on the National Assessment of Student Leaming for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, the Department of Education through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) will administer the National Achievement Test (NAT) Grade 6 nationwide.

2 . Relative to this, all Public School District Supervisors and Districts In-Charge are required to monitor the administration of the NAT Grade 10.

3. Monitoring Tool on the administration of national assessment is hereto attached. Return the accomplished Monitoring Tool to Mr. Julius C. Calangan, EPS II-SMME on March 13, 2020.

4 . Transportation allowance of monitors shall be charged to eMF-National Assessment System for Basic Education, subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
