Itemized Plan and List of Resources Preparing your home for sale can be a daunting task. To assist homeowners and make the process as stress free as possible, I offer a free consultation, including a personalized itemized list of recommendations for organization, repairs and upgrades; plus a list of tradesmen or vendors; and professionals to assist you. The Free Consultation consist of:

• Meeting with you and walking though your home and grounds to identify the organization, maintenance and repairs that are most important to address when selling your home and that will affect your bottom line and help sell faster and for more money.

• A prepared list of the recommendations we discussed, plus a list vendors and a Home Preparation Team and/or Designer Resource.

To decide what will fit in your budget you need to get some estimates or bids for any work you want help with. You may have your own sources or I will provide you with a list of the local vendors. Once you have the estimates you can decide what items to do. If you are from out of the area, and decide to sell your home with me, I can help coordinate the efforts for you with my Local Preparation Team.
