WHY IS PEBBLE BEACHVILLAGE SO SUCCESSFUL?

A sound marketing policy, particularly in the U.K., has beenlargely responsible for generatingsuch a remarkable success story forPebble Beach Village with the day today running of our U.K. sales officeamiably directed by Roger Saundersof Topaz Properties Tenerife Ltd., ourprincipal U.K. sales agent.Such a strong marketing effort generated in excess of1300 sales enquiries during 1987 and already by the endof the first quarter of 1988 over 1,000 sales enquiriesfrom advertising alone had been handled by our U.K.office in Hastings.

The numerous exhibitions organised by Roger Saundersover the last 6 months have also created a lot of interestin Pebble Beach Village and many sales were achievedas a direct result of our participation at those venueslisted in our last issue.

One of the principal functions of our U.K. operation is toorganise inspection flights-to Tenerife for those clientssufficiently serious in their intentions to invest in propertyat Pebble Beach Village. Upon arrival at the airport ReinaSofia, only 10 minutes drive from our development, ourclients are met by a Pebble Beach Village representativeand escorted to their four-star hotel in Playa de lasAmericas, where accommodation is provided duringtheir stay.

With the back up of sales support material, including apromotional video and a huge model of the development, our professional on-site sales team adopt a relaxed butserious approach to all clients who are taken on a fulltour of the Village, it's future facilities and thesurrounding Amarilla Golf & Country Club.

EDITORIALSince our first issue of 'the Villager' a great deal has

taken place not only on our development site butalso within the company in general as the following :pages will bear witness. We are delighted to report

that sales of apartments, which is our real 'raisond'etre', remain excellent as the figures show.

Such a continuing strong demand, we feel, underlines just how good our product is and with

the release of Project PISCES imminent as we go topress, we remain very optimistic about the

continuing success of Pebble Beach Village, surelynow one of Europe's most successful freehold

leisure resorts.

Our company continues to expand in many areasand in this issue we have tried to portray how the

various facets of our company are working togetherto achieve the maximum benefit for our clients.

World famous personalities are now beginning todiscover both Amarilla Golf & Country Club and

Pebble Beach Village, appreciating just whatpotential the future holds for such an ambitious

development, currently the largest privately-ownedon Spanish territory.

May we welcome all new clients and owners toPebble Beach Village since our last issue and

extend our gratitude to all 'Villagers' for investingin our product over the last 18 months.

'The Villager' Pebble Beach VillageCentre Commercial Las Palmer as Local No. 1438660 Playa de las Americas, Arona, Tenerife.

BUILDING GUARANTEEINSURANCEIn the first issue of 'The Villager' we reported that anoptional insurance cover had been arranged especiallyfor our clients in order that their apartment purchase wascompletely risk-free.We are very pleased to now report that CREDITO YCAUCION, one of Spain's leading insurance companieshas agreed to offer this unconditionally to all clientspurchasing an apartment at Pebble Beach Village withthe premium for the policy being included in thepurchase price of the apartment. This decision was made effective to all apartmentpurchasers on or after February 1st, 1988.This automatic insurance cover protects the client fromloss of monies paid in the unlikely event that PebbleBeach Village should cease trading and not be able tocomplete the client's apartment. This service will ensure that you, the client, can purchasein total confidence from a wholly British-owned companywith perhaps the finest and safest purchasing procedurein the whole of Spain and it's territories.

Whilst he was on theisland, his hosts did not failto familiarize him with

some of the island's beautyspots and he also visitedthe Atalaya Riding Club, near La Laguna.

The outcome of his visitwas very positive. Uponreturning to England hewas to prepare a technicalreport with his consultantarchitects on the feasibilityof establishing anEquestrian Centre atAGCC.

At the time of going topress, Don Antonio andDona Angelita Tavio, withcertain colleagues weremeeting with Captain MarkPhillips in London toprogress negociations onthis matter.
