It’s then time for a Eumundi village walk, with your tour leader sharing the history and stories behind its landmark buildings.

Next, it’s over to the iconic Imperial Hotel for a special behind-the-scenes tour of the 100 year-old hotel and the Eumundi Brewery. You’ll hear about the history of brewing in Eumundi, learn about the beer making process and enjoy a ‘tasting log’ of the new Eumundi Brewery Lager, Eumundi Brewery Pale Ale and other seasonal beers.

You’ll then meet our bush food expert who will share local ‘Bush Tucker Secrets’. Taste, touch and smell a range of seasonal local bush foods. Feed your curiosity and discover their distinctive and often surprising flavours. Learn about the extraordinary healing properties of bush foods, and the importance they play in indigenous Australian culture.

It’s then time to be treated to a delicious lunch prepared with seasonal local produce at this truly magnificent hotel. You may well be ready for another of those locally brewed Eumundi Lagers too!
