The proportion of grades (Excellent [秀], Very good [優], Satisfactory[良], Poor [可], or Fail [不可]) should be input in foreign language subjects. Please be aware the following points for inputting the grades. 1 English (1)English Ⅰ~Ⅳ
In English Ⅰ~Ⅳ classes, grades(Excellent [秀], Very good [優], Satisfactory[良], Poor [可], or Fail [不可]) must be allocated in the proportions shown in the Grade Distribution Chart below.
[Grade Distribution Chart] Class Excellent(90~100) Very good, Satisfactory
(70~89) Fair、Fail(0~69)
Advanced 20~30% 50~70% 0~30% Intermediate 10~20% 60~80% 0~30% Elementary 0~10% 70~90% 0~30%
【Screen①】Grade Distribution Analysis tool: it will show you how many grades of each type are given in your class and the percentage value, which you should compare to the Grade Distribution Chart.
【Screen②】
Inputting the grades: Supplementary explanation concerning foreign language subjects.
Required values(upper and minimum limit)and current
values(the proportion, the number of students)are
shown.
Red characters for the current value means the proportion deviates
from the required percentage. The applicable students are shown by
clicking the filter (フィルター) button.
You can NOT input the scores if you check “insufficient attendance (出
席回数不足)”. The score is automatically 0 points. This case is included
in the number of scores input, but is not included in the proportion.
In this example, the two “insufficient attendance” students are not
included in the proportion, so the denominator is 8 students, and the 2
students are not included in ”Fair[可] and Fail[不可](69-0)”. Students
with score “0” scores, but not “insufficient attendance” are included in
the denominator.
