• The Home page for The Hives’ Webpage is very interactive, in the style of an old broadcasting machine, the tv screens have moving images and things are rotating and moving to attract attention. Also as soon as you open the page, an embedded youtube video starts playing instantly to grab your attention. There are lots of things on the page, yet it isn’t messy, it’s very well set out and has a link to all the social media sites that they are on at the top left.

Effects• There are many

different options along the tab at the top and when you move your cursor over any of them they place a different part of a song. The tabs are everything any fan would need from a site with lots of information about the band, photos and merchandise.

Gig Dates• As The Hives are

predominately known for being a live band, the gigs tab needs to be up to date and easy to purchase tickets, which it is. The page has a very clean list which is set out neatly in date order so you can find a suitable date for you. The page also has a list of previous live performances for people to view to show what they can expect from a live show.

Fans

• The Fan page for The Hives website has a form where fans can submit ‘The time I met the hives.’ They can share their experiences and converse with other fans.

Music

• The music page is probably the most important part as it’s why most people are interested in The Hives. They have a list of all their albums which you can click on and find all the track listings and release dates.
