to the post office 59000+ report cards each marking period Belinda Smith and Ann Sempe
coordinate with campus personnel to gather all the data for report cards Then they process the data
in eSchoolPLUS Dorothy Tong creates or updates the Cognos program that retrieves the report card
data and creates the files to be printed Lee Honeycutt prints seals and coordinates the delivery of
the reports cards to be mailed to Cy-Fair homes

working well They took care of all issues that came up while
I was out of the office Itrsquos a great feeling to know that Marta

On average 45 employees lack trust in leadership No one likes to come to
work every day and feel they are walking into a toxic waste dump Can you

You must take time to develop trust and respect with your employees if you
want to see an increase in performance Its critical leadership learns to listen
and seeks to understand

I was out of the office several days this past week It was
great to see my team pull together and keep everything
working well They took care of all issues that came up while
I was out of the office Itrsquos a great feeling to know that Marta
Pat and Renee have my back when Irsquom out
