The First Assistant Director (1st AD) assists the Production Manager and Director. The ultimate aim of any 1st AD is to ensure the film comes in on schedule while maintaining a working environment in which the Director, principal artists (Actors) and crew can be focused on their work. They oversee day-to-day management of the cast and crew scheduling, equipment, script, and set. A 1st AD may also be responsible for directing background action for major shots or the entirety of relatively minor shots, at the Director's discretion
Film Director
Directors are responsible for overseeing creative aspects of a film under the overall control of the film producer. They often develop the vision for a film and carry out the vision, deciding how the film should look, in other words they make their vision come to life. They are responsible for turning the script into a sequence of shots. They also direct what tone it should have and what an audience should gain from the cinematic experience. Film directors are responsible for deciding camera angles, lens effects and lighting with the help of the cinematographer and set design with the production designer. They will often take part in hiring the cast and key crew members.

They are many creative jobs in TV & Film such as Scripts, Music and Props etc.
Scripts: There are three different sections to the scripts in TV & Film there are script writers, readers and script editors.
Script writer: Research the story and develop the narrative, script writers have a great influence over the creative direction of TV & Film.
Script Reader: They read the script to make sure that the audience there trying to reach will relate to the script if not they then refer the script for editing.
Script Editing: Fixes problems and help identify even potential problems, these provide an overview of the script writers work.

Title designer, makes the opening titles of a film, they have to make sure that the images shown/letting used can read easily but also catches the audiences eye. They also create the closing credits, they have to make sure that they include every song they have used throughout the production of the film, if not the producer could sue the creator of film.
