Description  The Group provides over-the-counter, valuation, transaction management, fund accounting, settlement and confirmations services for clients including: institutional investors; hedge fund managers and asset managers.  The Technology team is responsible for analysis, delivery and support of the technology platform servicing this business.  The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the technology relationship with an assigned client base and the end to end delivery of technology projects to those clients.  These projects can span the whole architecture or singular functional upgrades.  They may also include bringing new clients onto the platform.

Delivery of these projects will be dependent on the coordination of resources across multiple development teams (both internal and vendor) along with management of business analysts within the team. In summary the person will:

1. Manage and coordinate the on-boarding of new clients as well as change requests from existing clients in the Americas region.2. Partner with Technology Build and BA teams, Operations teams, and Product teams.3. Ensure a timely delivery as specified by the client, and that expectations of the client and internal policies are fully met.4. Be responsible for leading the client on-boarding, reporting its status, and escalating issues to the Regional Manager, working closely with the Client and other teams to enhance the satisfaction of our client through timely and accurate on-boarding.

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Provide assistance to the Product and Operations teams in developing client solutions where significant opportunities are

identified, ensuring consistency with LOB strategy and capabilities2. Provide consultative advice as requested to customers on product offerings3. Manage assigned on-boarding and change request projects from inception to completion within specified timeframes. Lead

the implementation to ensure delivery of products and services is completed with accountability for end to end process4. Conduct meetings with clients, complete scope documents to ensure systems and products are clearly defined and signed off

by the client and internal teams as needed5. Understand the Product and Services offerings6. Develop the project plan outlining all project deliverables, milestones and resources used within the Project team7. Provide guidance to the client with respect to the tasks and their role within the plan8. Coordinate and manage internal and external parties to deliver the solution within the required timeframe for the client by

providing regular verbal and written status updates to all stakeholders9. Conduct regular client project meetings to ensure adherence to project plan and milestones10. Adhere to all compliance, audit and risk procedures11. Facilitate timely issue resolution related to the on-boarding and serve as a point of escalation on behalf of the client12. Work with vendors when applicable for third party services13. Maintain a current portfolio of clients monitoring change requests to ensure issues are addressed timely and escalated

appropriately14. Adhere to all Firm and Departmental policies and procedures and update the Client Change Manager with key information and

documentation in a timely manner15. Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of OTC derivatives, project

management, and technologies16. May require travel or working on-site at client location to facilitate the on-boarding process17. Provide support to team colleagues as required

Qualifications 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills2. Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issues logs3. Relationship management skills and experience; consulting experience a plus4. Ability to adapt to a changing environment5. Excellent time management and organizational skills6. Ability to deal with change and work under pressure 7. Team player8. Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications9. Ability to adapt to a changing environment10. OTC derivatives experience/knowledge preferred11. Client-facing experience preferred12. BA/BS degree required and 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager The following attributes / experience would be advantageous:1. An understanding of the buy side of the industry 2. Experience of working with a derivatives trading system, ideally Calypso3. Experience working as part of a development / build team 4. Experience of working on Middle / Back Office processing projects 5. An understanding of relevant industry technology standards such as FpML
