Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, ASFA has made the decision to transition the Annual Meeting from a live, in-person meeting to a virtual meeting, to be hosted from September 23 – 25, 2020.

The Corporate Opportunities outlined in this Prospectus provide different methods of engaging direct-ly with apheresis leaders via the virtual platform and to build valuable professional relationships with regional experts in apheresis, blood banking, transfusion medicine, and cellular therapy.

Your focus group will consist of 8-12 high-level apheresis professionals. A focus group of this size provides the optimal opportunity for all participants to share their views and expertise, with adequate discussion.

The participant selection process will be in accordance with your target audience requirements (e.g. qualifications, specialty, expertise, state/country).

Please note that invitations must be sent by the supporting company.

EDUCATIONAL GRANT OPPORTUNITIES

• Entities providing educational grant support will do so in the form of an unrestricted educational grant. The Commercial Supporter agrees not to direct or take part in any of the planning process to determine the program content and speaker selection. • Program organizer will ensure that the support received from the grant provider is disclosed to the participants, in program brochures, syllabi, and other program materials, and at the time of the activity. • All Educational Grant supporters are required to complete a CME Commercial Support Letter of Agreement• Please contact ASFA Head Office at asfa@apheresis.org for more information regarding Educational Grant Opportunities.
