SPANISH OMELETTE-

potatoes omelette

First, peel the potatoes and when the potatoes are peeled clean all of the potatoes.

Next, cut the potatoes in little pieces.

When potatoes are cut in little pieces, we do the same with the onion.Then broke the

eggs in a bowl.

When the eggs are in a bowl we mix them.

Next, put the oil in the skillet or saucepan and wait a few minutes until the oil is hot.

Then, when the oil is hot, we put the potatoes and onion pieces pieces in a skillet to fry them.

Later mix the potatoes with the onion and eggs.

Wait a few minutes until each side is golden brown.

When the potatoes omelette has the right form, turn it over and cook the other side of the omelette.

Finally, the omelette is put and we serve it on a plate.
