MONITORING & CONTROLAll printing is monitored and accounted for, with each printer having its own

pricing model and policy tables. Options like duplex and black and white can be

forced by user or group for instant savings, or you can deny printing to a group

of users. Both color and black and white prints and copies are tracked. An

optional popup is configurable for authentication, if needed. Rules and

enforcement of charge-back or quota limits can also be applied.

ACCOUNTING & REPORTINGAll print and copy activity is accounted reporting options provide analysis by

user, device, color/mono, groups, or department code.

MULTIFUNCTION DEVICE INTEGRATIONPcounter for OSA allows for tracking of walk-up (copies/scans/faxes) on any

OSA device, pull printing, secure print release are also supported without any

additional hardware. The Pcounter for OSA integration allows for graphical

release of print jobs right on the native display of the MFD. Pcounter for OSA

also supports USB card readers attached to the Sharp device.
