Your report documents the completion of a project for which a financial contribution was approved. Upon approval of your report, the remaining 25% of that contribution will be released to you and the project file closed.. Please note the following conditions and procedures.

Conditions:

1. Funding cannot be combined with other support provided through the Community Cultural Partnership Program.

2. Support to a single project cannot exceed $1,200 in a given year, nor can it exceed 50% of the project costs.

3. Recognition must be given to the sponsoring organization.

Procedures:

1. An adjudication committee of three to five members approved your application for financial support.

2. 75% of approved funding was released upon approval of your application. The remaining 25% will be released upon acceptance of an appropriate written report of the completed project.

3. Receipts need not accompany your report. However, we recommend you retain them should an audit of your project be initiated at some future date.
