Single Stage Vane Separator The Seaworth Single Stage Separator system is designed to eliminate moisture ingress where space restrictions indicate the need for high velocity and large water volumes are evident. Single Stage Vane Separator

The Seaworth Single Stage Separator system is designed to eliminate moisture ingress where space restrictions indicate the need for high velocity and large water volumes are evident.

Construction:

The Seaworth Vane Separator units are constructed in aluminium with anodised vanes and powder coated casing. The units are robustly constructed and are suitable for a harsh marine environment. The Seaworth Separator unit will operate up to 6.1m/sec with a normal design velocity of 5.0m/sec.

Vane Separator:

The Single Stage separator achieves maximum possible water loading with minimal weight and pressure losses. Air drawn through a series of specially designed vanes which trap water, which then drains verti-cally down to the drainage channel and finally out the front drain slot or into a Manometric drain trap.

Front and Rear flange options are available depending on project requirements. Contact Camfil NZ for details on options available.

Mounting: Seaworth Separator units are supplied with predrilled flange, 316 st/st countersunk screws, nylon insulators and neoprene flange gasket.
