The Silvertown Partnership consists of First Base, Chelsfield Properties & Macquarie Capital.

Day to day delivery of the project is led by First Base Lipton Rogers (FBLR), led by Sir Stuart Lipton.

Collectively the team has delivered 8 out of 14 of London’s largest developments.

Past projects include Broadgate, Chiswick Park, East Village (Olympic Park), Paternoster Square, Stockley Park and the Tate Modern. The team are experts in regeneration and delivering landmark mixed use schemes.
