continuous basis.

Assist clients in releasing job advertisement in

Indian Newspapers.

Conducting “Recruitment Drive” from time to time at selected locations in India to

interview and shortlist potential candidates.

Sent CV’s of selected candidates for shortlisting by clients against their requirement.

Organise candidates for personal or telephonic

interviews by clients.

Assist clients during interviews and convincing

candidates to accept offers.

Receives and delivers offers, visa and contracts to the candidates.

Assist candidates in post selection activities such as organising medical test, ECNR check

and provide support till they join the company.

conclusions and formulate recommendations.

Presentation of conclusions and recommendations

to the management team and those affected and

evolve final agreed recommendations.

Methodology

During the duration of study the company

representatives will get inducted and involved

in the process of formulating recommendations.

They will eventually take over from SSWASS team.

Submission of final report by SSWASS team.

Efforts & expectations.

Implementation is a team effort involving participation of management and employees.

The consultants are facilitators.

Obvious improvements can be implemented during the study and it is expected that

most of the recommendations are accepted and introduced before winding up the

project.
