Methodology

Project Team : 1- 2 officers of the Organisation

to assist SSW & Associates team on full time basis

for Data collection and providing inputs to the team

Data collection through direct observations, interviews

and analysis of past records.

Identify areas for improvements, arrive at

conclusions and formulate recommendations.

Presentation of conclusions and recommendations

to the management team and those affected and

evolve final agreed recommendations.

Methodology

During the duration of study the company

representatives will get inducted and involved

in the process of formulating recommendations.

They will eventually take over from SSWASS team.

Submission of final report by SSWASS team.

Efforts & expectations.

Implementation is a team effort involving participation of management and employees.

The consultants are facilitators.

Obvious improvements can be implemented during the study and it is expected that

most of the recommendations are accepted and introduced before winding up the

project.
