Telehealth Network Grant Program

• Purpose – to demonstrate how telehealth technologies can help expand access, coordinate and improve quality of health services

• 25 TNGP grantees – 16 hub and spoke, and 9 telehome care grantees

• New grants awarded September 1, 2012

• Funding for up to four years at $250k per year
