SGMG (Sushil Gangadhar Mittal Group) is a part of The Begraj Group, led by

Chairman Mr. Sushil Kumar Mittal, established in the year 1987. The group is

principally engaged in Real Estate, Entertainment (Film Distribution &

Multiplex), Education & Automobiles businesses.

SGMG Multimedia Private Limited is the diversification venture of The SGMG Group

into entertainment. SGMG’s Vision with regard to the Entertainment industry is to be the

leader in the cinema distribution and exhibition, in every aspect right from the

quality and choice of cinema to the varied services offered and eventually the highest

market share.

Segment - Film Distribution

With the increase in the viewership of Movies

and Eastern India being one of the primary

areas, we at SGMG, have already started

sourcing movies in regional languages starting

with Nepali movies. The increase in the

personal disposable income of the people has

also led to sharp rise in the numbers. Thereby,

we believe it is the right time to tap the

opportunity and change the Film Distribution

scenario in the eastern India.

We also believe we have the right channel through which we can distribute these movies to

various single screen theatres and multiplexes in the whole of North East, West Bengal,

Sikkim and other parts of India.

Not only Nepali language movies, but viewership of all languages such as Hindi (primarily),

English, Bengali and etc., to go with it is tremendously high. People of this region are fond of

movies of every genre ranging from Drama, Romance, Comedy and many more.

Thereby, we at SGMG are focused to help the production houses, reach as many as

people possible and thereby increase the cumulative viewership. On addition to the vast

distribution channel, we also have an amazing marketing team which would in turn market the

movie and yield efficient results. Our strategists would do a proper market survey with regard

to the likes and dislikes of the people of the region. This helps in placing the right content

at the right timings to generate high revenues.

Currently, SGMG has a management contract with Inox Leisure Limited in Vega Circle Mall

and successfully & efficiently manage the same, with a seating capacity of 1100 seats. Our

Associate Inox Leisure Limited, in turn adds a lot of value to us by bringing in elevated Brand

Name & corporate leveraging. Further more, we are already in talks with regional level

companies and are soon trying to come with Mini Theatres in nearby areas of North Bengal and

North East.

Apart from Real Estate and Entertainment & Education, SGMG had also set its foot prints in the

Automobiles in the year 2019 by opening a one of a kind 15,000 Sq. Ft. Service Showroom in

Salugara, Siliguri, under the brand name SGMG Automobiles. We will be catering to all types of

services required by a 4 Wheeler or a 2 Wheeler ranging from Maruti to Mercedes.

Mahindra First Choice Services, is an initiative of Mahindra and Mahindra led by Anand Mahindra

himself. Our Associate Mahindra Group, in turn adds a lot of value to us by bringing in

elevated Brand Name & corporate leveraging. Further, we would like to expand these services

to other adjoining areas of Siliguri.
