Provide a safe and encouraging learning environment
Utilize individual assessments Incorporate current technology Extend beyond the walls of the gymnasium Ideally, be offered to every child every day
RATIONALE FOR USING MORE TECHNOLOGY
EASE OF OPERATION: Light-weight and highly mobile…and
relatively weather resistant Sharing information I want students to
see (websites, books, etc.) Student tracking of records and data
(HRMs, workout plans & notes) Communication between students and
faculty
RATIONALE FOR USING MORE TECHNOLOGY
PREPONDERANCE OF TECHINFO/OPTIONS ALREADY OUT THERE:

How fitness will look/work for them in the future
RATIONALE FOR USING MORE TECHNOLOGY

STUDENT FEEDBACK
what i liked most is thefreedom that i could trainand work on whatever Iwanted and to go at aspeed I wanted to go at.
STUDENT FEEDBACKwhat i liked most aboutthis class was theflexibility I got when i hada game or tournament thenext day.
STUDENT FEEDBACKWhat i liked most about this class was that wegot a whole block (sometimes a double block)to concentrate on fitness and to make our own choicesin an un-competitive fashion.
I really like that we were able to work on ourfitness without having to constantly compare itto our classmates.
I like that we got the proper education to workout everyday and know what we were doing forour bodies and it was making us healthier.
