Poštovane kolegice i kolege,

Dear colleagues,

Continuing the tradition of our annual congress on hemodynamic monitoring in intensive care medicine and anesthesia, it is our honor to invite you to attend “New challenges in hemodynamics and intensive care medicine – 2. International congress and workshops”, which will take place on March, 08 - 09 2018 at University Hospital Dubrava in Zagreb, Croatia. The organizers are the Clinic of Anesthesiology, Reanimatology and Intensive Care Medicine Referral Centre of the Ministry of Health for Hemodynamic Monitoring in Intensive Care of Surgical Patients, Croatian Medical Association-Croatian Society of Diffi cult Airway Managment (CroMA-CSDAM), and Osijek University Medical School.

Leading international experts from Croatia and worldwide will present the latest viewpoints and material from the fi eld of monitoring high risk patients in intensive care. As we did it last year, a number of workshops about various modalities of bedside monitoring with hands on experience under mentorship from experts will be organized. We believe that this will be a good opportunity to interactively share and develop our knowledge and experience.

We give the possibility to all participants, especially for the trainees and residents, to present their papers and abstracts from the fi eld of hemodynamic monitoring in intensive care medicine in the special E-poster section. Time for presentations is 5 minutes with additional 2 minutes for disscusion.

All accepted papers and abstracts received to Board will be published in Journal Signa Vitae.

We are confi dent that your attendance will enrich our congress and bring forth new ideas and knowledge through our work together and help further integrate our future collaboration.
