SAFE-HUB COACH ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES COACH FACILITATOR MENTOR + + YOU WILL SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE TO SHARPEN THEIR SOCCER SKILLS THROUGH OUR EVIDENCE-BASED FAIRPLAY SYSTEM THAT BALANCES PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. YOU WILL GUIDE YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH TEAM DISCUSSIONS ABOUT RESPECT, TEAMWORK, SELF-CONTROL, AND PERSEVERANCE ON AND OFF THE FIELD. YOU WILL MOLD THE NEXT GENERATION OF COMMUNITY AND WORLD LEADERS AS A ROLE MODEL AND RESOURCE WHILE THEY NAVIGATE THE CHANGING WORLD AROUND THEM. SAFE-HUB COACH At Safe-Hub, we envision a world where all young people access equal opportunities, strive to realize their full potential, and dare to dream. As a Safe-Hub coach, you will learn industry-leading approaches to youth development, give back to your community as a role model for young people, and join the global Safe-Hub movement to empower the next generation of leaders. As a Safe-Hub coach, you are the frontlines changemaker using the power of soccer to realize potential and change lives. WHEN AND WHERE WE PLAY We host programs in the Spring, Summer, and Fall for 10 weeks each at Lighthouse Fields in North Philadelphia. • Co-ed Soccer, Age 4-7 Sat morning only • Co-ed Soccer, Age 8-9 Tue & Thu eve, Sat morning • Boys and Girls Soccer, Age 10-14 Tue & Thu eve, Sat morning Apply at usa.safe-hub.org.
