CONFESSIONS Saturdays: 4:00pm - 4:45pm Our Parish Priests are always available to hear Confessions. Please call the rectory to make an appointment.

BAPTISMS Celebrated on the First Saturday of the Month in English, and on the Second Saturday of the Month in Spanish at 1:00pm. Parents are asked to call the rectory to make an appointment with a parish priest at least two months in advance. Please bring your child’s original birth certi#cate to the meeting. !e Baptism Preparation Class for Parents and Godparents is held on the Monday before the Baptism at 7:00pm in the Church. For more information please contact the Rectory. WEDDINGS Couples are asked to call the rectory to make an appointment with a parish priest at least six months before the desired wedding date.

FIFTH SUNDAY OF LENT│QUINTO DOMINGO DE CUARESMA 21 MARCH 2021

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our Forty Hours Devotion this past week was a true moment of grace for our parish. I hope and pray that this special and ancient practice was a spiritual aid to you and your families during the Holy Season of Lent, and that it helped to foster and deepen your love and devotion to our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament. Praise God from whom all blessings $ow!

Next week is Palm Sunday and the beginning of Holy Week. !e full Holy Week Schedule for this year has been printed in the bulletin this week. Please note, that at the request of the Diocese, we will not have any outdoor processions this year. We hope and pray to be able be able to have the Palm Sunday and Good Friday Processions next year when things are back to normal and it is safer to do so.

On Good Friday, we will have a special and ancient Tenebrae Service at 9:00am where will we solemnly celebrate Morning Prayer and the O%ce of Readings coupled with the Traditional Chanting of the Lamentations of the Prophet Jeremiah. All are welcome!

Nuestra Devoción de las Cuarenta Horas esta semana fue un verdadero momento de gracia para nuestra parroquia. Espero que esta práctica antigua y especial haya sido una ayuda espiritual para ustedes y sus familias durante esta temporada de Cuaresma, y que ayudó a fomentar y profundizar su amor y devoción a nuestro Señor en el Santísimo Sacramento. ¡Bendito y alabado sea el Santísimo Sacramento del Altar! ¡Sea por siempre bendito y alabado!

La próxima semana es Domingo de Ramos y el inicio de la Semana Santa. El horario completo de Semana Santa para este año esta en el boletín esta semana. Este año, la Diocesis nos ha pedido no tener procesiones por las calles. Esperemos de que el proximo año podamos tener nuestras Procesiones del Domingo de Ramos y Viernes Santo cuando las cosas vuelvan a la normalidad y sea más seguro hacerlas.

El Viernes Santo, a las 9:00am, vamos a celebrar un servicio antiguo llamado Tenebrae, donde celebraremos solemnemente los Laudes y el O#cio de Lecturas junto con el Canto Tradicional de las Lamentaciones del Profeta Jeremías. ¡Espero que nos acompañen!

completamente solteros con sus tres Sacramentos (Bautizo, Comunión y Confirmación) y ser mayores de 16 años.

• Padrinos solteros NO pueden ser personas que estén viviendo en unión libre o casados por el civil.

• Los padres y padrinos deben tomar la clase de preparación pre-bautismal.
