ROLL OFF  CONTAINERS  

 

 

  

RENTAL TIPS  

A service agreement is required.  Service agreements available at Utility Office located at 111 E. 6th. 

Fees are applicable. 

Roll‐Off trucks must have 50 feet of straight clear access to approach and engage the container. 

All container sites must have minimum height clearance of 25 feet. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accessible location for the container. 

Customers will assume responsibility for damage to or loss of the rented container(s). 

Roll‐off dumpster delivery/pick‐ups must be scheduled one (1) day in advance Monday – Friday,  8:00am  –  4:30pm.  No  weekend service will be provided.  

Roll‐off dumpster  containers will  be  set on private  property  at  the  address  requested for  delivery.  Under  no  circumstances  will dumpsters be set in the street or any part of the public right‐of‐way. 

20‐yard Roll Off………………   $275* Our most commonly rented dumpster, the 20‐yard is great for small projects or when space on site is hard to come by.  These dumpsters can handle home renovations and roofing projects, but fit comfortably in a tight driveway.  *Price includes 3‐tons of material.

Small remodeling (single or couple room) projects 

Roofing materials / asphalt shingles (<2,800 sq. ft)

Spring cleaning the clutter out of your garage or basement 

Driveway / sidewalk demolitions 

Heavy Duty Materials:  Best dumpster for asphalt, concrete, bricks, & masonry cleanup. 

30‐yard Roll Off………...……    $325* Our 30‐yard dumpster is a great selection when a smaller 20‐yard just won’t cut it.  Taller wall heights make this dumpster a better option for bulky items and furniture as well as larger home remodeling projects. *Price includes 4‐tons of material.
