    UN and NGO program faced funding gap ofstaggering USD 3.47 billion, that means 3RPplan calls for USD 4.55 billion for theprograms, out of which only $1.06 billion-23%had been received. This meant 1.6 millionrefugee have had their food assistance reducedthis year, 750000 children are not attendingschool and lifesaving health services arebecoming too expensive for many including70000 pregnant women at risk of unsafedeliveries
