WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Over Twenty ( 25) years of experience in golf course construction all over the Philippines from start to finish and four (4) years experience as Golf Course Construction Manager in Dongnai Province, Vietnam and China .Various experiences in the field of Landscaping Designs and vertical projects; Coordination with the world-class golf course designers such as Arnold Palmer, Graham Marsh, JMP, Faldo, Aioki and Jack Nicklaus, Golfplan in the implementation of the golf course design. Five years (5) experience in the field of surveying such as topographic survey and hydrographic survey. : Working as a Project Manager/Design Consultant in Construction of Beijing Cascades Golf Course and Country Club, Beijing China (Arnold Palmer Design ) Best Golf Course in China 2007-2008.

EMPLOYEMNT HISTORY:

VP Construction / Project Director / Design Coordinator Make sure that everything shall be prepared such as: Contracts, Plans and Specifications, Permits etc.. In-charge of analyzing the Design Plan based on the Design criteria of the Golf Course Architect. Coordinates closely with the Designer if there are any change of plans. Make sure that the Design Plan shall be strictly implemented. In-charge the quality of all features of the Golf Course during construction.

Operations ManagerManage all aspects of construction for assigned sections/projects and other construction packages from notice to proceed through commissioning. Ensure assigned projects successfully

meet identified objectives and are completed within established policy, budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for control and monitoring of construction contract time or cost change, progress documentation, submittal review, inspection records, and progress payments. Analyze and negotiate construction claims.

Project ManagerAnalyze and interpret the design plan for proper implementation in the field.Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Determine Labor, Equipment and Materials based on the specific requirements. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with golf course and safety codes, and other regulations. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Direct and supervise workers. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Develop and implement quality control programs. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. Cost Monitoring in every phases of work for comparison of the projected budget. Assistant Project ManagerAssist the Project Manager in managing the construction budget and monitoring costs and cash flows. Assist in constructability reviews, construction schedule compatibility analysis, and review of construction related specification including general conditions and special conditions for assigned contracts regarding issues of constructability, schedule and contract administration.In-charge of scheduling of Equipment and Manpower day by day. Making sure that all As- Builts shall be updated everyday.
