Liaising with Taxation Authorities, timely filing of monthly TDS, VAT, Service Tax, PF & ESI deposit as well quarterly returns and annual Return of professional Tax, Income Tax & Sales Tax.
Evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out Internal / Statutory/ Tax Audits / Bank Audit.
Close co-ordination with Auditors to ensure smooth & timely completion of Statutory, Internal, Limited Review and Tax Audits.
Fund Management / Budgetary Control
Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
Conducing monthly sector forecast analysis of revenue, direct cost, operating profit with budget and forecast, analysis of variances if any.
Undertaking month end updation of actuals and comparison with forecast, analysis and reporting of variances, operations board reports.
Liaising and negotiating with banks for raising fund and non-fund based facilities to finance Working Capital requirements from time to time.
