Responding to an emergency call to turn the business around, I have set up and implemented a new strategy, reorganized the teams and conducted a full scale technology refresh.
Results: a 100% revenue growth in 4 years and a double digit EBIT (10% in 2014).

- Geneva Airport (10 M €) and Toulouse Airport (2M €).- Vinci Park 3 year renewable contract: 10 M €- NSL Westminster to deliver a new, web based mobile phone enforcement

Key achievements:
- creation of public transport ticketing packages (ticket machines, back-office, internet bookings, maintenance etc.) with several computer system integrators
- promoting this package directly and in partnership with ERG, Prodata Systems and Thalès in France, Europe and the Middle East
- design of an information booth for various departments of the French government
Results: Sale, installation and marketing of 1500 self-service ticket machines for use
by the SNCF (French National Rail), public transport operators in Luxembourg and
Holland. Successful roll-out of 500 self-ticketing kiosks to be used by the French
national health insurance agency Total 35 M €
