Work Experience
1- ADP India Pvt. Ltd. (April 2014- till date) as a Regional Manager-Account Management
Key responsibilities:-
Client retention - ensure 100 % client connect and resolution of their queries/concerns within agreed TAT
Account receivables – manage the account receivable for the region and ensure the collection of amount in > 60 days bucket.
Contract management – ensure ageing of contract renewal to be zero with upward revision of service fee
Cross selling – pitching & selling other services offered by ADP ,to the existing client base
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Team retention
2- Worked with Adecco India as Regional Business Manager-for Delhi 1(Aug 2011 – April 2014) Managed the business for Hauz Khas & Noida branch offices - which includes permanent recruitment & temporary staffing to ensure that each branch is a profit Centre.
Key responsibilities:-
Account Management – Client servicing, relationship building by ensuring seamless delivery to the clients.
Business development – Driving business for the region through acquisition of new clients and mining from existing accounts to increase the net adds.
Revenue generation - Revenue generation through sourcing & permanent recruitment, gross margin increase.
On boarding, payroll processing – Ensure timely on boarding with complete documentation, attendance collection so as to ensure timely payout to associates.
Recruitment – Timely closure of open mandates (temp & perm) and ensure recruiters productivity as per organization’s policy.
Receivables management – ensure timely collection and no revenue leakage. Audit & compliance – ensure zero deviation on minimum wages, labour licenses.
Audit response and action plan closure. Contract Management & Gross Margin increase– Ensure timely renewal of
contracts with existing clients with upward revision in the service fee.
