The WiFi and the complimentary breakfast were outstanding. We reallyloved the view of the mountains from our room and the balcony. Thecomfortable rocking chairs throughout the property invited relaxation. TheRestaurant in all aspects is outstanding.

Was there a specific associate ordepartment that providedextraordinary service that youwould like us to recognize?

Members of the Restaurant staff provided excellent, friendly, andoutstanding service. The grounds were splendid. The Catawbarhododendron, Native Azalea, Mountain Laurel, and Isises were bloomingand beautiful. You might want to replace the rather large sign reading "Don'tWalk on the Wall" to "Please Enjoy the Beauty." Maybe you could put asmaller sign somewhere to discourage "wall walkers." we saw no evidenceof intentional "wall walking".

Please Add Additional Comments Overall, our stay was outstanding. We do suggest, however, that yourCancellation Policy be more flexible when last-minute demands dictate achange of plans. It seems a bit much to schedule cancellation and penaltydown to the hour. As we were unwilling to forfeit a night's payment forlodging, we fulfilled both obligations but did not arrive at the Pisgah Inn untilafter 11:00 pm. We would have preferred the option of checking in at 3:00.The rigid cancellation policy completely contradicts the Inn's atmosphere ofhospitality, rest, and relaxation.

The GM was amazing. She seemed to be everywhere - and not just lookingbut doing whatever needed to be done. The Dining Room manager wasequally service oriented. Without exception, everyone we met - even thosegoing to or from work - greeted us and wished us a pleasant stay.

It was just the get-away we wanted and the staff left a lasting - perhapspermanent impression.

Please Add Additional Comments We had a wonderful time in a magnificent setting. Weather was less thanclear a lot of the time but we hiked and saw a lot. Impressed with views fromrooms and welcoming of desk reception and wait staff and receptionists indining room.

Hard to distinguish just one. Every staff member we met was excellent:housekeeping (we met 2), grounds, restaurant servers (3), restaurantmanager, front desk (we met 2), gift shop (we were also helped by 2). Topnotch staff. A delightful stay. Thank you. We will return.

Please Add Additional Comments The bath items, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel were in very tiny containersand were almost impossible to distinguish without glasses. Since most of usdon't wear glasses to take a shower...The labeling is the challenge. The products are otherwise fine.The wi fi is much improved since our last visit. This is very importantespecially with little or no cell phone reception.

the guy that took care of our room did great!

Does thecook not like chedar ? never had white cheese in pot pie, it was pretty bad.Will ring more food next time if we come back. the crush to get in at 5 is notgood with kids. the instructions provided to find looking glass falls are justflat wrong and wasted a fair amount of time and gas.
