Decrie No.36j2012 for the Appointment of More additional

Members to the National Constitutional Review

Commission (NCRC), 2012 A.D.

1. TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT:

This Decree shall be cited as "The Presidential Decree No.36/2012 for the

Appointment of More additional part-time Members to the National

Constitutional Review Commission, (NCRC), and 2012 A.D." and shall

come into force on the date of its signature by the President of the Republic.

2. THE DECREE:

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Article 202(2) of the

Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan, 2011 A.D. I

General; Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, do

hereby issue this Presidential Decree for the Appointment of More

additional part-time Members to the National Constitutional Review

Commission, (NCRC) as hereunder:

1. Appointees to the Commission from the Political Parties that had not

been appointed.
