If you have selected “Recover Lost Files”, select File type, File size etc. and click Next to start scan. In order to skip this step and go ahead with scanning, Click Skip.

This software provides a hassle-free approach to recover deleted and lost files from Mac.

To recover deleted/lost files on Mac, you can use Remo Recover (Mac) - Basic Edition to perform a quick recovery of lost or deleted files.

● Select the option “Recover Files” from the three given options.

● Click on “Recover Deleted files” to restore your deleted files or “Recover Lost Files” if you want to restore lost files.

● Select the appropriate volume/disk you wish to recover data from and click on Next.

● After this software will start searching for the deleted files.

● Once the scanning process is completed you will get a popup message. Click “Ok” to proceed further.

● It will display the list of recovered files. You can see the recovered files list in File type or Data type View. (If all the files are not visible to you then go for “Recover Lost Files” option).

● Now click on Preview to view recovered files

Scenario 2 - Recovering Photos, audio and Video files (Available in Media edition)

Simply follow this procedure to recover your deleted or lost photos/videos/audio files● Select the option “Recover Photos” from the main screen.

● Next, Click on “Recover Deleted Photos” to restore your deleted photos/video/audio or choose “Recover Lost Photos” for recovering lost photos/video/audio.

● Choose the appropriate drive from which you want to restore data back from list of volumes displayed and click on Next.

Scenario 3 - Recovering lost data from formatted or deleted Mac volumes (Available in pro edition)

Simply follow this procedure to recover your data from formatted/reformatted Mac Volumes:● Select the option “Recover volumes/drives”.

● In the next screen you will see two options “volume recovery” and “formatted or reformatted Recovery”. Choose the one which matches your requirement.

● Select the drives that you want to recover and click next.

● Choose the appropriate volume from the list and click next.

● You will then be prompted with two scanning options-Standard scan to scan the selected volume quickly, and advanced scan for severe volume corruption issues select the one according to your need.

● Select the file type you want to recover and click next. You can choose to skip this step by clicking on “Skip” option.

● You can view the list of recovered files using "File Type View" or "Data View" option.

● Save the scan result using “save recovery scan” option. It allows you to resume the recovery process once you have the list of all the recoverable files.
