is partnered with the Innocenti String Section of Chicago to provide a complete musical experience for your event. They can be added independantly or used to augment Green Thirteen for the ceremony, cocktail, dinner music or first dance sections of your reception.

Terms & Conditions

AT TIME OF BOOKING...After you have chosen your date, we will need the event location, approximate times and what services you would like Green Thirteen to provide. A 15% deposit will be required to hold the date. If you cancel after your deposit has been received, and we are able to rebook the date for equal or greater value, your deposit will be refunded. If you must cancel less than 60 days prior, any expenses incurred in preparation for a confirmed event become your responsibility. Events canceled within 72 hours of the event will be assessed full price and your deposit will be forfeited.

PRICING...Once the Green Thirteen representative is given a list of all requested services, a written quote will be issued via email, fax or U.S. mail. Once the services are agreed upon a written contract will be issued. When the contract is returned with the deposit, the date is secure.

ONE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT...A meeting will be arranged between the contracted parties or their representatives and Green Thirteen to go over all specifics for the event. This is where the basic schedule and events for the day will be determined. Any specific requests for song lists augmentations will be discussed at this meeting.

TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT...Green Thirteen will correspond with the contracted parties or their representatives to adjust any last minute changes and to finalize the schedule for the day.

DAY OF YOUR EVENT...Green Thirteen will arrive at the scheduled load-in time to set up all the equiptment necessary to facilitate their portion of the event. They will take direction from the contracted parties or their representatives and will help facilitate any requests within the guidelines of the venue. Full payment is due on or before this date.
