THE HEART OF YOGA WEEKEND is a three-day experience of superb company, heart-warming kirtans, up-close sessions

with outstanding presenters, freshly prepared vegan meals and world-class yoga, on the grounds of one of America’s outstanding historical properties—all within a half-hour of midtown Manhattan.

For the past five years, Heart of Yoga attendees have come together from various parts of the country to commune with luminaries from the world of Bhakti. The weekend provides personal time with renowned teachers, in a small group environment. That is why enrollment is limited to 48: four groups of twelve guests. Ten facilitators are on hand to assure that guests enjoy their weekend in total comfort. Here are a few appreciations from last year’s weekend.

“To be in the presence of such wonderful bhaktas and maha-teachers was such a joy. The experience is actually hard to put into words. I can’t wait for the next one.”

“I have never been to an event (and I have been to many) that gave such care and attention to detail. The venue could have not been more perfect. The facilitators were wonderful. Thank you for the love and intelligence that created this memorable weekend.”
