Interior Summary:Interior Summary: Interior partitions include masonry and gypsum board assemblies. Interior openings are enclosedwith metal windows and storefronts, and metal and wood door assemblies. Interior components include visual displayboards, fabricated compartments, hand rails, interior identification, lockers, and washroom accessories. Interiorfinishes include resilient and carpet flooring finishes, tile wall finishes, acoustic wall treatment, paint, terrazzo, wood,and acoustic tile. There is an elevator serving 2 floors.. Equipment is provided for the library, theatre, stage,audiovisual, food services, residential services, and athletic programs. Other elements include fixed casework, blinds,fixed seating, interior landscaping and a paint booth. Barrier-free accessibility is provided for and hazardous materialsare contained. Interior Condition: The interior is in good condition.
Mechanical Summary:Ventilation and air conditioning system to entire building is provided by combination of indoor and outdoor mounted airhandling units complete with glycol coils. Some of the units are complete with DX cooling coils served by outdoor, roof mounted air cooled condensing units. Computers classrooms are conditioned via nine split AC systems. Art Room is served by designated cooling only rooftop unit. Kitchen ventilation system is served by direct fired, natural gas make-up air unit interlock with exhaust fan servingkitchen hood. Generator room ventilation consists of fresh air openings and relief air openings complete with motorized dampers. Heating is provided by two gas fired boilers serving three glycol heat exchangers, perimeter radiation, ceiling radiantpanels, unit heaters, force flow heaters and reheat coils. Conventional plumbing fixtures throughout the school complete with hot water recirculation system. Domestic hot water provided by one gas fired boiler complete with storage tank and two gas fired tank type domesticwater heaters. Fire protection system consist of hand held fire extinguishers, automatic sprinkler system and standpipe system. Storm system via roof drains to Town's mains. Sewer and water system from Town's mains. Elevated gas pressure distribution from an outdoor gas meter. Combination of pneumatic controls and DDC. Overall mechanical system condition is acceptable.
Electrical Summary:This school was originally built in 1963 with additions in 1967,1984and 2005. The electrical system are mainly installedin 1985 building modernization and addition. The main service to the building 347/600V 1200A and it is undergroundfed from site pad mounted transformer. The emergency generator is installed in the facility and it mainly provide backup power for emergency lighting, crucialmechanical loads and fire pump. The interior lights are mostly T-8 lamp fluorescent fixture and T-5 high bay fluorescent fixtures in gym area. The fire alarm, intrusion, video surveillance and telephone systems meet current facility requirements. The overall rating for the facility is "Good".

The site pad mounted transformer is used for providing service to this building. The transformer is serviced by utilitycompany.
Most transformers are located in the electrical and mechanical rooms and KVA rating between 300KVA to 30 KVA; andthey are used for stepping down the voltage from 600V to 120/208V for both normal power and emergency power.
