According to John Grant the security bracket for the prudent residential property investorranges from twenty percent below to fifteen percent above the median price.

"Another interesting fact about residential property investors is that most of them buy withineight kilometers of their principal place of residence," John Grant said. "The reason for thisis quite personal - they like to be able to see it. In fact, research shows that only threepercent of investors own a property in another state or country."
