• Reoccurs 3 times in 15 flight segments.
• Maintenance Manager removes the aircraft from service
• Conducts an investigation into the root cause of the defect
• Aircraft remains off-line until Maintenance Manager is satisfied
that the source of the defect has been permanently fixed.
