PENALTY FOR DEFAULT All outstanding invoice payments shall result in charges of 1% interest per month (12% per annum) on all overdue accounts.

TRANSPORTATION The Buyer shall ensure that boxes are in good condition upon receipt and that the number of boxes, and mer-

chandise received is identical to the number written on the delivery slip and bill of lading. All claims shall be sub-mitted within 5 working days. Claims after this delay will not be processed.

right to review our prices according to sustained increases.
