1. This notice may be cited as the Temporary Full Supply Level(Somerset Dam) Declaration Notice (No. 02) 2017.

2. In deciding whether to declare a temporary full supply levelfor Somerset Dam, the Minister has had regard to thefeasibility advice and the public interest.

Description of the land to which the designation appliesThe Ministerial designation applies to land located at 28-36George Street, Cambooya, Queensland 4358 and is described aspart of Lots 6 and 7 on RP13869 (Leases A and B on SP277126).

Toowoomba Regional Council has decided to sell the landdescribed below because overdue rates have remained unpaidfor more than 3 years.
This is a summary of a notice of intention to sell land issuedpursuant to section 140 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
Full description of the Land
Interest has accrued on the overdue rates from the date theybecame overdue at the rate of 10% per annum, 6 monthly inarrears, calculated and charged half yearly.
The total of the overdue rates and charges is: $3,990.42
The accrued interest to the date of this notice is: $756.43
The total overdue to Council as at 21 July 2017 is: $4,746.85
