    G FIT UP FOR LONG SEAM AND NOZZLE CONS.

    1 Check Fit up as per drawings, verify weld joint.

    2 Check for proper alignment tolerance of Shell long seam, Dish to shell andNozzle cons as per drawings & Code.

    3 Check visual inspection for weld grooves and bevels.

    H FLANGES AND COUPLING

    1 Verify flanges size as per Drawing.

    2 Verify Coupling size as per Drawing.

    3 Check flanges face for damage and Finish requirements.

    4 Check rotation and till of Nozzles as per drawing/Code Tolerances.

    5 Check for threaded cons. for threads damage.

    6 If Vessels is to be mounted to two or more cylinder, Ensure proper Jig/ Templateis used for clearance requirements.

    I WELDING CONFORMANCE

    1 Check for correct weld fillet size

    2 Inspect for weld Quality.

    3 Inspect for full penetration welds for FPW Joints.

    J INTERNAL INSPECTION BEFORE CLOSING.

    1 Check internal surface cleaning.

    2 Check for full penetration welding of Nozzle cons. as per drawing.

    3 Check Nozzle cons / Inside Flush LPT Tests.

    4 Check for internal fit up if any for chock tube / orifice plate & support.

    5 Witness of pneumatic leak tests of RF Pads if required.

    6 Inspect for internal painting if required, check for coating & DFT. . .

    K NDT -INSPECTION

    1 Check for Radiography Tests review of films as per drawing & ITP.

    2 Check for UT, LPT, MT requirements as per drawing & ITP.

    L FINAL VISUAL & DIMENSIONS INSPECTION.

    1 Check for dimensions as per Drawings / tolerances.

    2 Check for external attachment, Lifting Lug, Pipe Support & Support pad Ifapplicable as per drawing.

    3 Check dimensions before PWHT if applicable as per drawing.

    4 Review of Post Weld Heat Treatment / Charts if applicable as per drawing.

    5 Check for hardness requirements after PWHT is applicable.

    6 Inspect for overall workmanship, Weld spatters, under cuts, weld Arc strikes andweld reinforcement as per code.

    M FINAL HYDRO TEST INSPECTION.

    1 Inspect / witness Final hydro testing as per required tests pressure as perdrawings.

    2 Check for Pressure Gauges calibration and requirements.

    3 Review results or witness Hydro Tests pressure tests.

    N INTERNAL CLEANING AFTER HYDO TESTS.

    1 CHECK for water draining, drying and internal cleaning.

    2 Final visual check for Nozzle cons. Flanges Raised face serration.

    O FINAL EXTERNAL INSPECTION AFTER PAINTING.

    1 Check for external painting as per drawings / painting schemes.

    2 Inspect external painting for quality and verify paint DFT.

    3 Check for visual for proper coating, Paint damage / pill out .

    4 Check for proper Flanges Enclosures / steel covers with required gaskets.

    5 Check for Fasteners / Studs projection length on Blind Flanges / covers.

    P FINAL DOCUMENTS / DOSSIERS.

    1 Review of Inspection reports / MTC and Documents

    2 Review Dossiers as per INDEX and if any client requirements.
